Beth Griffith is a Boston-built founder, licensed green-infrastructure professional, and one of Massachusetts’ most recognizable voices at the intersection of clean energy, workforce development, and economic justice. She is the founder of Renewable Renegades LLC, a consulting company delivering culturally competent workforce training and business development, and RenegAIDE Collective (DBA of ANEC Ventures), her AI-powered systems studio for small businesses.
As Executive Director of Gigs Uplift Mass (formerly BIDG), the nonprofit advocating for freelance and gig professionals, Beth took the fight for driver rights from the streets of Boston to the Massachusetts State House — testifying before the Legislature, leading coalition rallies covered by CNN, WBUR, and The Boston Globe, and introducing Maura Healey, now Governor of Massachusetts, at Boston’s Labor Day celebration.
A founding member of the Boston Community Solar Cooperative and a Browning the Green Space ACCESS adjunct, she has presented to the MassCEC Board of Directors, Boston City Council, and national clean-energy audiences. In May 2026 she won the Base44 Hackathon at Boston Tech Week and co-founded Her Auto Expert. When she takes a stage, she brings receipts: real wins for real people.
